We would like to inform our valued customers that if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs (Important Notice): Customers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs. We are committed to improving this process and are working towards offering free return options in the future.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not possible. To replace an item, you will need to place a new order and return the original item. Please ensure you follow the steps provided on the MAKE A RETURN page for the return process.

Return Instructions

  1. Print and complete the Make a Return Form.
  2. Place the filled form inside your return package.
  3. Clearly write the return address and attach it to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office, DHL, USPS, DPD, or any reliable courier of your choice.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.

  • All tags must be intact: Items without their original tags will not be accepted.
  • Original packaging required: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Item condition: Returns are only accepted for items that are unused and unwashed.

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in your item being sent back to you. In such cases, returns or refunds will not be processed.

 



Processing Time

The return process typically takes 3-5 business days for review and approval.

 



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
