Make a Return

We would like to inform our valued customers that if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not possible. To replace an item, you will need to place a new order and return the original item. Please ensure you follow the steps provided on the MAKE A RETURN page for the return process.

Return Instructions

Print and complete the Make a Return Form.
Place the filled form inside your return package.
Clearly write the return address and attach it to the outside of the package.
Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office, DHL, USPS, DPD, or any reliable courier of your choice.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.
