Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Deoriso, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pre-Order and Estimated Shipping Date
Deoriso may offer items for pre-order under various circumstances, including, but not limited to, situations where a product is temporarily out of stock, a new product is awaiting arrival, or for future restocking of items currently available. When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you expressly agree to this immediate charge.
The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered products will be clearly indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date is an estimate and does not guarantee the exact delivery or receipt date. Estimated delivery times may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, or other unforeseen factors.
Additionally, any future changes you request to your pre-order may result in delayed shipping and/or additional shipping costs, which will be your responsibility.
Cancellation and Refund
Deoriso reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”). In the event of a canceled pre-order, a full refund will be made by Deoriso to your original payment method.
Refund Policy on Pre-Order
In the event you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you have 2 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund on your pre-order. You may request a refund by emailing your order number and refund request to support@deoriso.com
Once accepted, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Delays
Deoriso reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time.
Deoriso will make every effort to ship your available pre-order inventory as close to the estimated shipment date as possible. This may result in multiple shipments.
Should an item or items not be shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipment date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment by emailing our customer support team at support@deoriso.com
Deoriso will provide updates via email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed.
Refunds
If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay or if we cancel your order you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.
Customer Responsibilities
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email provided during checkout is valid and checked regularly for communications regarding pre-order updates and potential delays (including email spam folders). Deoriso shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes undated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your item being shipped by sending an e-mail to support@deoriso.com
Changes to Pre-Order Terms
Deoriso reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on deoriso.com, and continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after the changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
Deoriso is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
