Shipping Information
Order Processing
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Processing times may be longer during special releases, major holidays, and sale periods.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centre. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
Shipping Rates and Times
Plus no import duties, customs fees, or taxes for deliveries within Germany and the EU.

European Union Orders
- Duties and Taxes: All duties and taxes are covered for EU orders.

For orders outside the EU:

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your order status indicates “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the delivery service provider responsible for handling your package. They may be able to provide additional details or assistance in locating your shipment.
Shipping Address Responsibility
At Deoriso, we take every measure to ensure accurate and timely delivery. However, we cannot be held liable for address discrepancies, including:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages
- Incorrectly delivered shipments due to address errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the address information provided.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
Delivery Failed
If your order is returned to our facility due to address discrepancies, you will receive a full refund on the product cost.
